We hope you enjoyed the Australian Sailing Foil-Lab. The purpose of the Foil-Lab was to lay the foundations of the sport and arm you with some basic skills. From here we would like to understand where you want to go in your foiling journey, and most importantly help you get there!

We are going to be running a GRSC coaching day to consolidate your lessons, to understand your desired path (what you want to achieve in foiling, which disciplines you’d like to pursue etc), and come up with a plan on how to achieve this. It’s also an opportunity to harness the skills you learnt using the latest wingfoiling gear and ask all the questions you may have.

You will be able to get your hands on various types of foils, boards, wings and kites that we have on demo and by the end of the day, weather permitting of course, we would like to see you all wingfoiling across the bay under control!

This day will be free of charge but please note, you will need to provide your own impact vest (a buoyancy aid will suffice) and helmet. Please get in touch if you don’t have access to these as we can get discounted safety equipment.
